Audubon’s Fall Scholastic Book Fair, October 13th-21st needs parent volunteers to work short shifts during school hours when students and adults come to purchase books.
This is a great opportunity to find out what kids of all ages are reading and discover some wonderful new books and authors.
Also, while at the Book Fair, keep an eye out for Scholastic’s very own “Kids Are Authors” Award Books, written and published by winning student writers from around the country. Share with your student what others his or her age are publishing.
If you are interested in helping at Audubon’s Fall Scholastic Book Fair, please email kmgandy@cps.edu. Book sales earn books and other reading materials as well as other supplies for Audubon classroom libraries.
Specific hours of the Book Fair will be published at a later date.
Thank you for helping to make this event a success!
