There you can see all of the classroom artwork and even take advantage of the Buy It Now feature if there’s an artwork that you absolutely must have. Previewing the art online will prepare you for Class Art for Auction (CAA) Family Night at Audubon, Wednesday, December 8th. Mark your calendars! On this night, final bidding on class artwork will occur, Principal Price will speak briefly about Audubon successes and goals, and students can visit adjacent classrooms for a variety of art-related activities. Other fun surprises, too! This is an evening dedicated to art and art appreciation for all! This event is open to the public, but if you cannot attend, our CAA volunteers would be happy to proxy bid for you. Interested? Questions? Email audubonptp@yahoo.com.

Class Art for Auction will be on display at Starbucks (Roscoe and Seeley) from Nov 1st through December 8th. These beautiful, unique artworks created by Audubon students grades PreK through 8, feature diverse media and styles and appeal to art lovers of all ages! These artworks were completed during the month of October under the mentorship of more than 20 parent artists and local community artists.

Audubon School Class Art for Auction doubles as both an art integration initiative and a fundraiser–it brings art directly to students and raises much needed funds for the classrooms. Funds raised by the auctioning of these artworks will be used this year to help fund the Redmoon Theatre art integration partnership, math differentiation, Audubon’s diverse music program, staffing to keep class sizes small, and upgrades in technology and curriculum.
