Important Reminders:
ALL PLEDGES DUE OCT 7 TO WIN PRIZES- Email friends and family to get in those last minute pledges by going online to www.friendsofaudubonschool.org and clink on “PLEDGE NOW”. (Make it easy! Cut & paste sample email below on page two) All students will get credit for donations turned in either by pledge form or online system.
HAWK WALK T-SHIRTS $20 – Being sold everyday this week before and after school on the playground. Youth and adult sizes available. Will also be sold Friday morning in the garden. All of the proceeds will go directly to Audubon!
JOIN US & SUPPORT OUR STUDENTS!-All parents are welcome to come watch and cheer our Audubon students this Friday. Here is a list of tentative times each grade will be walking:

Need Science Fair Judges–Nov 8–No Experience Necessary

Would you like to judge the Middle School Science Fair? We need 40 judges!!!
Each judge will evaluate approximately three projects for about 20 min. each. The evaluation consists of a judge reading through the student’s paper, preparing some questions based on the paper, listening to the student’s presentation, asking follow-up questions, and filling out the score sheet. Please plan to spend at least an hour total judging 3 projects.
There will be a continental breakfast for judges from 8:00am – 8:30am and a judge’s orientation/training session from 8:30am – 9:00am. Judging will begin at 9:00am and conclude at 11:00am.
