“I have been the physical education teacher at Audubon for 13 years. Many changes have taken place in physical education classes in that time. Fitness is a very important factor in deciding my program. I have added yoga, step aerobics, free weight work, tennis, and golf into my program over the years and feel that children should be participating in activities that they will be able to include in their lives forever.” –Ms. Ebstein
